Project Overview

This job was completed in May 2016, The existing garage was a wasted space and wasn’t being used by the customers. The conversion was completed without plans and just required building regulations which was organised by us. 

LJ Carpentry & building Ltd extended the garage and blocked up the existing garage door. After removing the back wall into the new extension. The space provided was designed to host a large family bathroom and additional sitting room. 

We finished off the conversion with decking leading onto the garden. This once un-used space was converted into a great living room and added value to the property. 

In addition to the conversion, LJ Carpentry & Building Ltd knocked the wall down between the existing kitchen and old bathroom and fitted a new kitchen.
